What forty-nine dollars is actually doing.
Answering the texts you cannot get to, at the hours you are not there. One recovered appointment a month covers the Starter plan. Most shops miss more than that in a week.
And you will be able to check that claim rather than take it — recovered revenue sits on the first screen of your dashboard, in dollars.

What you will never be charged for
Every platform in this market takes a second bite somewhere you don’t look. Here is exactly where, so you can check us against them.
- No fee per calendar or per chair.
- Vagaro charges about $10 a month for each extra calendar.
- No booking fee charged to your clients.
- Squire charges the client $1–3 every time they book with you.
- No cut of what your clients pay you.
- You pay Stripe's standard processing rate and nothing on top of it. We earn on the subscription, not on your takings.
- No commission on new clients.
- Fresha takes 20% of new clients who find you through their marketplace.
- No add-on pricing for core features.
- Squire sells waitlist and loyalty separately. When ours ship they are included in the plan, not billed on top of it.
Questions we get asked
- What happens to my clients if I leave?
- You take them with you. Export your client list and booking history at any time, in a format you can actually open. It's your business.
- What do card payments cost me?
- Stripe's standard rate, and nothing on top of it. That's currently 2.9% + 30¢ on US cards taken online, a little less in person. It goes to Stripe, not to us — we take no share of what your clients pay you. Stripe sets those rates and can change them, so check stripe.com/pricing for today's figure.
- Do I need a new phone number?
- You get one from us for texting, and your existing line stays exactly as it is. Calls to your old number still ring your phone — we do not touch them. What changes is that texts to the new number get answered in seconds instead of whenever you next look. Put the new number where your clients will see it.
- What if the AI says something wrong?
- It can only quote prices and times you've entered. It cannot invent a discount or promise a result, and when a conversation turns to a complaint, a refund, or anything it wasn't told, it hands it to you with the whole thread.
- Is there a contract?
- Month to month. Annual billing saves about 15% if you want it, and that's the only long commitment we offer.
